I have a U-Haul location next to my house. Had to drive to Huntley instead to get trailer. Hours of Huntley location not as convenient as the location next to my house. Also, trailer had leaves in it.

It took a while to get the trailer.

Daniel TThe rental location was what I’d expect. The truck I rented (10ft box) could be better with cruise control, it will be a consideration on my next rental. No cruise control no rental.
Patrick MI was switched from a U-Haul location to a very busy repair business. We stood around for quite a while for someone to free up. Then there was a trailer still hooked up to the truck. The people were very nice, but busy doing other thing.
