I made my reservation 10 weeks in advance. The day before my pickup I was contacted that there were no auto transports near me. My pickup location was almost an hour from my house. I picked up a trailer and returned home. I received a call that they had given me the wrong trailer. I had to return the trailer. The trailer I received has bo taillights or running light working. We tried to repair the lights but were unsuccessful. I again hooked up to the first trailer I had received. I then learned they had originally given me a toy hauler. I was then informed the toy hauler would cost $1,000 dollars rather than the $291 for the car hauler. I refused that price. Eventually I took the auto transport with no taillights since I would be towing during daylight hours. As a side note I found a auto transport trailer 10 minutes from my hiuse and another 15 minutes from my house. Needless to say I was disappointed with the entire experience
