Truck and trailer in good shape. Equipment that was ordered was not all available. The two dolly’s were not available and only 16 of the moving blankets ordered were available. The agent helping us with getting the truck was very nice and helpful. We appreciated the trailer being offered and it came in handy for our move.

Jonathan LI dropped at 5 pm and no one was there.
Melissa ENobody checked to see if the rental was even dropped off, resulting in phone calls from 2 different people and trying to be hassled by both people suggesting that “I still have it”. Even though I didn’t have the rental anymore. To which I told them they needed to check that it was even there. Drop off was Monday, I dropped it off Sunday evening. Phone calls took place Tuesday… not even the day the rental was supposed to be back (Monday). P.S. the rental was THERE. NOBODY checked to see if it was returned.

WILLIAM GI returned two rentals to this location and U-Haul had no record that they were returned.. May or may not have been the fault of this location.
WILLIAM HGreat people who took care of closing out the transaction. No issues of any kind. What to do to improve the experience? Let these folks teach others how to work with customers. They were great.
WILLIAM HThis location had a limited selection of available trailers. But was happy that they had the size I needed. Keep in mind this isn't a full blown U-haul location. But just a limited authorized dealer. They did help me hook up the trailer. Overall a pleasant experience.
