They took forever to check me in and I was just handed the key. No one came out to show anything. I was all on my own! They did not have the 26 ft truck I requested. Found that out 2 hrs before I picked it up. I had to take a 20 ft and it was smaller than I needed. I am waiting to get $50 back/guarantee ,which is what the online registration said.Susan P.

The wiring of the truck was not working to allow us to use a car dolly as we had reserved. As a result we had to add time to the move because there was not the reserve drivers as we needed.Shawn T.

Place was closed when I dropped truck off, so I had no interaction with any personnel. Also it was raining when I turned the truck in and having to take all the pictures in the rain and park away from the drop box was not pleasant. But other than that it was a simple process.Jimmy A.

The facility at Cleveland was fine it's just that the vehicle we had been confirmed was not returned. We ended up with a 20-foot instead of a 26 ft truck. When I called the customer service number to discuss it the young lady was most unhelpful. Seemed as if I was bothering her day. We were provided with a 20-foot truck, 20 blankets, and a appliance dolly instead of a utility dolly. During the trip back we had a tire blowout which was dealt with within the next hour to an hour and a half. Tow truck man was very polite performed it all quickly. Some damage to the side of the truck came from the tire tread flailing around after the blowout.Joe T.
I had reserved a 10 foot uhaul for 19.95! We arrived at location they did not have a uhaul for me. I called customer service and all she could say was it wasn't at location. I had a confirmation for a uhaul and should of had the one I wanted. I received no call or email stating that it was not a location. I drove 5 hours and should of had the uhaul I reserved. I was charged more than I wanted to pay because that goodness the location had a larger one. I would like to only to be charged for want I reserved. TerribleKyle L.

The trailer I rented was, as has been all equipment that I have rented from U-Haul through the years, in good, clean, maintenance free condition and the service of your U-Haul's Dealer was friendly, professional, and flawless to the consumer. BUT, I do have a MAJOR ISSUE that U-Haul has great need to address and solve QUICK! The EXCESSIVE weight at the hitch that has to be manually lifted to get it on a 2" trailer hitch towing ball is ALL BUT IMPOSSIBLE for ANY ONE PERSON no matter what age or physical condition they may be in! Even with 2 of us lifting it we almost couldn't do it and this design, weight, and induced physical strain is going to one day bite your company BIG TIME through a personal injury liability suit! This problem can be and should be fixed post haste. It is prohibitive on your smaller units but on your biggest trailer this is ludicrous!Ronnie H.

We were charged extra miles and I scheduled this for Greenville Ms pickup but had to drive to Cleveland Ms to pick up truck That was 40 miles that was the extra mileage. I should not be charged those extra milesChris B.
Ordered truck weeks in advance to be picked up in one location and was notified two (2) days prior to pick-up date that no truck was available. After long telephone conversation with Regional Office was told a truck would be available in new location. THE TRUCK I ORDERED WAS NOT AT THE NEW LOCATION WHEN I DROVE 70+ MILES TO PICK IT UP. VERY VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. Was told I can file a "Complaint" to get compensation for U-Haul's failure to comply with original order.TODD C.

I made the reservation online, and the location was supposed to be Cleveland Rent All. I went there, and was told that they didn't have my size trailer available, so I needed to go to another location. The new location was supposed to notify me to pick up the trailer there. It wasn't a huge hassle because it was close and the people were nice.Edwin M.
The Staff was courteous. The U haul I rented trailer smelled terrible when I opened the door. It smelled sour like spoiled milk. I left the door open for about an hour before use to let it air out but that didn't help. I think It needed to be hosed out with water.Theresa W.
