Jackson area staff which handle scheduling were very unprofessional.

Wasn't supposed to pick-up at this location, but after arriving at original pick-up place, they did not have my trailer. Sent me here for a 12:30 p.m. (Sat.) pick-up. I arrived at 12:30 and it was closed. Nothing on the door with hours. I ate lunch and drove back by and they were open. Said he went to lunch from 12 to 1. How was I supposed to know? He handed me a notecard and told me to go outside and write the trailer number on it. After an argument over where I was going to return the trailer, I hooked it up by myself and left. Even though U-Haul and agreed for me to return the trailer the my original location, he insisted that I return to him (30 miles away). He said he had someone renting it Monday and didn't want to inconvenience them. He wanted me to be inconvenienced twice. Needless to say, I returned it to my original destination!
