QUINTIN WThe inside of the truck had lots of candy, costume jewelry, and dirt. Everything was friendly, kind, etc - I'd just suggest double checking for cleanliness. There's lots of gunk/etc on the floor - I swept all that I could.
Richard WThe man who rented us the truck was very friendly and a joy to talk to. The problem is, the truck was very dirty in the back (which is mostly fine, we just swept it). We had luckily finished the longest part of the trip when the battery died! Definitely better general upkeep was needed.

Sheryl JFirst as soon as we open the truck it was full of dirt. The seats, the steering wheel, everything was covered in dirt. It looked like someone threw mud all over the inside of the vehicle. Then the truck gas tank was on E. As soon as I turned the truck on, it cut right off because there was no gas.

Johnny HAlthough my overall experience was poor, I would still recommend this service to someone else. When I picked up the uhaul, the gas was not where my paperwork stated it should’ve been. On top of that, I was emailed the incorrect address for drop and when it was taken there and I called in to the main office, I was told that the office had been closed almost or over 3 years and that they have to take them off their list off.

PATRICIA MI really do not like the way that the owner treated the customers. When I first got the truck, the contract showed it was 3/4 full. After turning on the truck, it was only 9/16 full of tank. The difference was 12 gallons for a 60 gallons tank. The owner grumbled that the gauge fluctuates. I do not take it since that is how to measure the fuel by checking the gauge. Anyway, he did adjusted to 9/16. What made me unhappy was that he did overcharge the gas again. The driver I hired did not pump gas to where it was. (Yes, I paid the $30 fill-up service fee, which I agreed to the contract). On the contrary, the diagram showed that it takes 23 gallons to 9/16, but he charged me 28 gallons. What even worse was how he overcharged the rental time. I rented it on 07/28 9:15 am, and he said the truck was turned in at 5 pm 08/01. The duration is actually 4.5 days, 5 days at most. However, he did not check in the truck immediately but waited until the next customer to check out the truck (2 pm 08/02). How can it be reasonable for him to have the truck sitting there without checking in and counting as my rental time?
