Upfront charge of mileage that is guessed and not actual. The inside of truck had left over water bottles and trash.

I’m really upset because I put the exact amount of fuel that was in it (which was not 3/4s of a tank) and I was still charged 12$ for fuel. Very extremely unprofessional of them and U-Haul. Shame on U-Haul for ripping everyday people off. This is hai U-Haul makes the extra money. I will never ever use U-Haul again. U-Haul stole from me be cause of its sloppy unprofessional people.

michael dDriver's side lock didn't work correctly. That was a cause of panic and annoyance. The cashier didn't think to give me a receipt, so I had to tell him I want a breakdown of what I paid and a receipt. so that was a cause of concenr and annoyance. The price was cheap, the vehnicle was conveniently located and available. So that was very good. I would rent from this location again.
ANTHONY BThe person I picked the truck up from could barely speak English and I could NOT understand anything he said. The moment I got into the truck the engine light came on and I had to call road side assistance and they told me just to drive it until the light blinks(which it didn’t), on top of that the gas tank leaked. I submitted photos through the portal. Then when I wanted to return the truck I was sent 2 different addresses and went far out of my way and wasted money on gas. Was NOT a good experience at all.
