They had to change our pick up location to the Maaco and I didn’t notice that the destination was changed from Eupora Mississippi to Starkville Mississippi as originally booked. We were to return the truck to Starkville and the rate was to be discounted to $292 from the $340. This error cost me over $40 dollars. I believe I am owed a refund of the difference.

Clerk at this facility was friendly and helpful, but apparently new to renting uhaul vehicles. She required assistance from a colleague on the phone to complete my rental, but got the job done eventually. Only one vehicle on the lot which had some issues. The cargo floor was dirty and I had to clean off caked-on dirt before loading. Cab had coffee stains on driver's side panel and center pedestal. There was an odor of cigarette smoke. Transmission lagged throughout my trip and gear shifts were abrupt. Steering was loose, which made it difficult to control vehicle in high winds which were present during much of my trip.
