Andrea HI go to pick up my trailer and no trailer! u hall traffic traffic was supposed to have called me to pickup my trailer at different town that was 85min away from the pick location. I was in that town that morning after 8:30 am they could have called me. For all you who need a u haul call before pick up your trailer because they don't communicate with you.

Shawn SWe were charged double our reservation, had to drive twice the distance to pick up and drop off because of availability, which is out of our hands, then we’re charged the extra mileage for something out of our hands! Completely ridiculous and will not be recommending to anyone ever again!
ROBERT AThe 26' truck I reserved was rented out and I was given a 15' truck instead. Mileage rate was adjusted to make up for it but it meant I could not get everything moved in 1 load and I only had help for 1 load so the rest had to be done alone. I also set the pickup time for an off hours pickup so I could have the truck to my house before help showed up but the truck was not ready and I had to wait until they were open to get a truck wrong time in the morning for pickup and causing me to not be there when help started showing up. I was given a $50 refund for it but it doesn't fully fix the trouble it caused. The staff were nice and were apologetic, but ultimately it was a pretty poor experience.

MIKE NHaving made my reservation pickup location Bismarck only to find there were no trailers, we went to Dickinson and picked up the trailer. They were very nice at that location, not so much at Bismarck. Bismarck location could care less about the added stress and inconvenience caused, stating everybody is moving out of North Dakota. U-Haul did give us an extra day since we had to go an extra 200 miles RT out of our way. Was not a nice start to our trip. Tip- make sure your advance reservations says confirmed on your reservation email. MACS Hardware was an easy pickup, and they were very helpful.

Jesse SSo the $100 reimbursement to drive 2hrs away to pick up the truck wasn't even enough to cover the fuel. Absolutely ridiculous waste of my time amd money. I'll never use Uhaul again or another serve like it for that reason. One good note the truck had plenty of power!!

Ysidra BMy original pick-up location was in Watford City, ND. The equipment wasn't available even though it was scheduled over 2 weeks early. I then had to drive over 150 miles and 3 hours round trip to get the same size equipment that I had reserved. This was highly unprofessional and has left a bad taste in my mouth concerning the reliability of your services for future needs. That location, didn't get the equipment returned by a customer but also knew it was late by almost a day. He said the customer wasn't returning the calls. I know it was not the locations fault but this whole situation made me miss a goodbye dinner, put me drastically late getting on the road. I had already been travelling since 4:15 a.m. and my pick-up was scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Just frustrating. The new pick-up location was very empathetic. They were quick to get me hooked up and back on the road since I only had 2 days available to pack and drive down to Hobbs, NM. Would recommend Mac's and their team anyday.
Chad DI was given a very dirty truck as if it wasn't cleaned by the previous users. The location I returned to just parks it. Employees were great tho. I would rent again. I was glad to have a truck almost last minute.

Jeffrey MThe agent Dorothy was very rude the day we registered and was very rude the day we picked it up. I think she needs to be taken off of the Uhaul customer service. She was trying to have us pick up us a truck under the wrong customer name not my name.

David MThe truck had dead pine needles in the back all over and paper. The front was dirty. The heat didn’t work at all and it was a 300 mile drive in 17 degree weather. I was not pleased at all.
