My poor rating isn't due to equipment, it is more towards the "I don't give a damn attitude by the female clerk" I rented a trailer and was pleased when a cheerful young man helped me find the correct trailer adaptor, the trailer was clean and in good shape, the young man went through safety checking with the lights and chains. Upon returning the trailer a day early, the attitude from an older woman was sarcastic and insulting as I moved to leave the store. I've never met her before, and being a gentleman who shows respect to all who deserve couldn't believe her attitude. Chalk it off to her having a bad day? I hope she solves her issues, but on her time, not mine
