We were told we were renting a lightweight TRUCK dolly!!! It was NOT!!! IT WAS A CAR DOLLY, NIT ONE OF OUR VEHICLES FIT ON IT, AS WE OWN A TRUCK AND SUBURBAN. CALLED AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD OH WELL WW ARE S.O.L!!! NEVER WILL I EVER DO BUISNESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! SHOULD HAVE PEOPLE WHO ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WHAT THEY ARE RENTING OUT!!!!

We spent anhour and a half cleaning the truck 3 of us the cab 5 swept the trailor you could of eaten off the floor. The manager said it was dirty. I called customer service this is not right. I was charged $25 . I also returned it with half a tank only picked it up with a quarter. This woman was mean and vindictive for no reason other than she was in a bad mood

They overcharged me for 2 rental periods. I rented for 12hrs returned it at 10hrs. I put gas in...only drove 8 miles. Put in 2 gallons fuel. They charged me for 8.5 gallons and $30 to do it. And now theyre avoiding my calls These people are crooks. Dont rent here go across town

Brent, the customer service rep at this location, is always friendly, courteous, and ready/willing to help customers. I have used this location several times when needing a trailer in Libby MT and recommend it to anyone in the area needing a truck or trailer.

They checked us in while smoking a cigarette. They were rude and not helpful with my deposit. They had other people that they were friends with trying to rent from them that they were side chatting with about my business and deposit and the friend even went and grabbed my paperwork. She didnt even work there.

The agreed to drop off location at Apache Mini Mart in Apache Jct refused to accept the cargo trailer today! He was basically in violation of the contract between myselfm@nd U-Haul and as such and due to the unnecessary running around in Apache Junction Arizona to drop trailer off I want my rental fee fully refunded and you, U-Haul, breached the contact. CONTRACT #26309143. I will expect a cont@ct from your customer service representative within 24 hours or my attorney will be in contact with you regarding this issue. This place is a convenience store / gas station / sporting goods and U-Haul. Very busy with one employee. The lady balanced my return and the never ending customers the best she could. A second employee would have solved the problem.

With the misunderstanding at the pick up location the gal that helped me at Mac's Market went out if her way to try and fix things. I very much appreciate her help and would recommend this location anytime!

Everyone in your call center should be fired. What a bunch of worthless employees. Macs Market was the only good part of the entire experience.

We incurred an extra fee for not washing and cleaning the truck out. But we'd only been told to fill up the gas tank on return. In our defense, it was not terribly dirty.
