The only downside to this location is that if a U-Haul is booked on the weekends, there is no one to assist on getting through the gate. And when the security line was used, they instructed me to come back on Monday because no one could open the gate which was totally unacceptable. I would like to encourage possibly some kind of exception to customers who book U-Haul’s at this location on a weekend, to be allowed through the gate with or without assistance.
