We originally had our pick up location located at the Newton Iowa location, but we were forced to drive to Des Moines over 30 miles. Pick up the vehicle, drive back in the wrong direction. 35 miles load the vehicle all while having another driver take and pick me up in my personal vehicle . What’s frustrating is the vehicle in Newton has been at that location that we were wanting to rent for more than three weeks and has not moved so why were we not able to use the Newton location if the vehicle was there just sitting?

It is incredibly disrespectful: they list a pickup location on the website, but then change it twice when you go to pick up the vehicle. They give you a dirty truck and then charge you a cleaning fee, even though my furniture got dirty from the filth already in the truck—yet I’m the one who has to pay to clean the truck? Who pays for cleaning my furniture? I am still waiting for a response, as I have proof that the truck was handed over to me dirty.
