Rouis WadeThey wrote the odometer reading wrong and caused me to get several hundred dollars over charged and took almost all my monthly disability check out of my account y'all did return it but took several days to get it straightened out if I hadn't taken pictures with my cellphone to prove the correct mileage y'all would have kept my money I feel 100 percent madman pawn done this on purpose they weren't to serious about helping me fix their mistake I had to call a corporate number so ya I won't ever go back there or probably won't rent from uhaul again just because of this situation

Sy WarrnerTje guys at the pick up site we’re great but……The uhaul wasn’t full of gas. It has about a little over 1/4 of the tank full. We only drove about 50 miles. When we went to return the uhaul my husband wasn’t aware that the gas tank wasn’t full. So he filled it up. We paid $75 in gas . I imagine we only needed to pay $10-$15 or so…. I just feel very cheated and upset that no one mentioned the has tank wasn’t full and that we paid another $60+ in gas . I called and spoke with the gal where we dropped it off. I explained our situation and asked for a refund. I still have not heard back. I just feel it’s bad business and will likely tell others if our experience. In addition… why wasn’t the tank full? What if we had a long trip ahead of us and picked up the truck … what a waste of time to have to go and full up the tank. Or what if we didn’t notice the tank was almost empty and drove and ran out of gas? There is lots of open space and very few gas stations out here in the country. I’m seriously so upset!
Kris LinkLocation was friendly and got me set up quickly. Trailer was a little dirty with a few cockroaches in it. I needed to reroute some of the chains and wiring because they were over tight for making turns. Even though I fully made a reservation and submitted all of my information on the app, we had to redo it all over again. I did NOT have a bad experience. Just think it could have been smoother with a little more attention to the equipment

ALAN EVERETTThe people at the location was great the equipment was the only issues i had with experience. A almost new trailer that had all kinds of issues a leaking tire and lights that would just stop working.
VERL SHEPHERDThe 24 7 share is great, except for the check in. I spent 10 to 15 getting precheck complete the night before, and then the morning I arrived another 15 minutes. It seems a bit overkill to me. Especially the alternate contact in case of late vehicle return. No one would pick up for you and the one that did were left on hold for 15 minutes plus. Where is the customer service in that? Besides that the experience was great. Thank you
