The man that checked me out was the bartender there. He was a hothead and extremely rude to me. He was mad at me because he didn't know how to fill out the computer form for the rental. When I was very polite and tried to make a suggestion to fill out the online form he blew up at me and stood up and shouted at me "do you want to rent this or not"? I said yes and then he sat down and tried to fill out the form, which he couldn't, then he called someone else who I thinbk was his boss for help on filling out the form. I just kept my mouth shut and let him stumble over his mistakes. Finally after about a half hour he finally got the rental form complete. In my opinion he was a complete asshole. If he was my employee he would not work for me another minute. If you want to improve your service get another person at this location that is polite and frendly and knowledgable. I also thinthat having to do the rental on a computer is a complete failure. Go back to normal paper forms like everyone else does.

The bar and staff are busy beginning at 3:00 pm. Would suggest pick up earlier in afternoon.

The only thing that I would suggest tocorrect is the last person I talked to, didn’t tell me to fill out a form online that would’ve been helpful for kind of speeding up the process when I rented the vehicle.

Nobody working at this location had a clue of what they were doing. It took a little over an hour to get my truck, and i had picked the pick up option through the app. There was a dolly and moving blankets in the back when I opened the rear door, the manager of the place I picked up the truck told me to take them because "I don't have anyplace to put them." No idea why this place rents trucks.
