Easy peasy drop off, and the gentleman was very nice. He asked if I needed assistance unhooking trailer, which I did not. He Des take a copy of my contract and said he would email me confirmation of the drop off. I have not received that yet.

JAMES FWas not given furniture dolly’s requested and was the subsequently charged a missing equipment fee. This should have been notated upon picking up the vehicle when it was acknowledged none were available. No mention of the need to fold furniture blankets either and was then charged a cleaning fee for not folding them. Very shady business practices from UHaul. Will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint.

JAMES FI was over charged and over filled the gas beyond what I was when I started. I was given a drop off 11 miles beyond where I was moving and charged for that too. I was charged extra fees I didn’t sign up for. I moved 26.9 miles and added extra gas to a 10 foot truck from Groton, CT to Westbrook, CT and returned the truck 5 hours early with extra gas. Please credit my account. This is not what zi agreed to pay. I was left waiting while the employee was in his cell phone dealing with personal stuff after unloading my moving stuff myself in the heat.

JAMES FThe wait to get verified for my reservation took over 30 minutes. The verification process should happen before pickup, not at pickup. Having a friend wait 30 minutes for a phone call to verify me at 7:30am when the reservation was already booked is ridiculous

Ralph FHard to get into and out of with a 26' truck and tow dolly
John RLock box combination would not open. Had to call customer service. Drop off location was in a dead zone for my phone. Endless buffering left me with no confirmation that drop off was successful. Next day- back on phone to only be told that drop off person was not in the office and still could not get a drop off confirmation. Left me worried until days later when I finally received my receipt.
Jeffrey PTruck was okay. Seemed like it had more miles than indicated and ran pretty poorly. Glad we had only a short distance to move. The code for the key didn't populate at checkin so I had to call to get it. Okay experience but could have been better.

Gunnar SHave the truck cleaned out with the reserved additional equipment. Using the truck share interface on a phone was infuriating and I will never use it again. Yes, I could download the app, but I don't feel I should have to clutter my phone and maintain an account for a service I may use once every few months. The truck itself felt like the transmission was going to fall out.
Matthew SThe entire process, from making a reservation, to pick up, to dropping off was a nightmare of misinformation, delays, lack of paperwork, confusion between different parts of the uhaul network, etc.
Robert HExcellent place to do business with. The guys were expecting me and took care of processing me out for the car transport trailer. Hooked up the trailer to my car and double checked everything was secure and in perfect operating order.
