Rather disorganized and not clear clerk understood how to use the system and what codes to input. Part of the problem is he was dealing with 2 car service customers + a guy renting a truck that was not yet returned. What is really upsetting me is that I declined all coverage + safe tow and I see I was charged for both on my receipt. Can these unrequested charges be reversed? I specifically declined both and he was unable to print this receipt for me. I was told to find it on my phone.

Nothing wrong with Madison motors. I-Haul has all the issues. Moved my reservation 3 times. The last time they didn’t even keep the same time. I was also offered a menial compensation for their mistake. U-Haul should have given me a massive discount for getting my truck over 90 minutes after my reservation time
