Jeff HThe personnel at the location was friendly and helpful. Having hitch balls/pins available for sale would probably be a good idea - I didn't have these items when checking in, but the gentleman who checked me in called a nearby store and directed me to the store.

Jerry SRather disorganized and not clear clerk understood how to use the system and what codes to input. Part of the problem is he was dealing with 2 car service customers + a guy renting a truck that was not yet returned. What is really upsetting me is that I declined all coverage + safe tow and I see I was charged for both on my receipt. Can these unrequested charges be reversed? I specifically declined both and he was unable to print this receipt for me. I was told to find it on my phone.
