Location fine, although you pick up when the repair shop is open. The instructions to pick up didn’t show the lockbox code, so had to go find a guy in there to unlock it. The first guy we talked to wasn’t helpful (although the second one made up for it). The uhaul app was also glitchy trying to take pick up photos of the truck, so that took a few tries. The experience was fine overall - don’t be discouraged, go get your moving job done!

The UHaul phone app is very problematic. The staff at Magazine Beach Shell were quite helpful when I had problems with the app. It would be nice if one could check in and out with a person.
Rob TIf I were to rent again, I would actually go to a U-Haul site. Renting off the app went slowly and service just felt not so helpful. The vehicle was low on gas (near empty) when I picked it up. The staff just kept prompting me to scan the QR code. Check out took a long time and service just felt not helpful. The convenience of the location was out weighted by the slowness of the steps of checkin and checkout and the lack of helpful service. I should’ve drove to Central Square or Medford.
