The gentleman helping us was very friendly and helpful but was having to help us while also working the cash register. They didn't have the appliance dolly we rented so spent 1/2 our time trying to find onerachel C.

The truck was in terrible condition. Not only was it filthy from the previous renter but the windshield was broken and the side mirror was being held on with a coat hanger. It was barely roadworthy.Tamara M.

When it came time to return the equipment no one who could work the uhaul side was at the mini mart. We had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to show up. Then he tells us that we need to take a picture of the miles and the gas tank. Which would have been useful information while we waited especially since it started raining. His appearance was very distasteful looked like he rolled out of bed hit the crack pipe and came to service us. No I will not use this location and I wouldn't advise anyone to go through what I went through.Chiemenam A.
We turned the UHaul in 1 day early b/c we did not need it for an additional day. I would suggest prorating the UHaul bill if turned in early. We were made to rent the UHaul for more days than we originally wanted, which is not the ideal way to conduct business for the customer.Joe S.

It took 3 hours because the person there did not know how to secure the trailer. Had to call Uhaul to have them send me a link. Tire on the trailer blew out or was already flat went back to the place because it felt funny while driving and the guy told me everything was fine I just wasn't used to the trailer. Get to the gas station and someone tells me the tire is blown out. Called the uhaul number then told I had to roadside assistance. This delay caused the movers that I got through uhaul to say they could not assist me with my move. So I had no idea what to do. I only had the uhaul for one day and they were already sending text about turning the truck and trailer in. I had to move the furniture with my self and two teenage children. The truck did not have a ramp . It took us longer yo move our items . It did not gave any ties inside the truck. The represative in the store asked if i would gave it back at 2 i said about 2 . She yhen told me not to worry as long as we were back by 2:30 then it was fine. I brought the truck back before 2:30 and she charged me another rental period which was unclear when she commented dont worry as long as its back by 2:30 . She should have said if its not back by 2 then i am going charge you twice.Janice R.

They overcharged me and told me the money that was held that we did not use would be put back on the card. They held $160 we only should have paid $140 and we got charged $183. And the girl at the counter with the messy bun and lip piercing was literally dumb and did not know what she was doing. She promised we would not be overcharged and she took up 30 minutes of our 6 hrs trying to "get the computer to work" 30 minutes that we could have been moving stuff that we now have to bring by car. Personnel at this location are very friendly, I appreciate that. I've rented from there a few times. This last time however, the rep was alone to tend Uhaul and the store. I hooked up the trailer myself, a 64 yr old female. I asked to have the drop off at a certain place, was told it didn't matter and could drop it anywhere. Not Correct. I ended up having to drive 30 mins from my home to drop it off when I could have dropped it off less than 4 miles from my home. Also no paperwork given, no signature, nothing. This was not our original location. The trailer at the first location had a back light that was not working and could not be fixed. We were directed by the agent there to a location twenty minutes away. The agent there was busy managing a quick-stop store and he struggled with English. The contract changed to reflect the new pick-up location but in doing so, changed the drop-off location to 45 minutes away from the original. The agent could not fix the problem, could not communicate well, and was so busy with his other business that he left it for us to fix. U-haul eventually corrected the return location to something more reasonable, but we lost well over an hour and a half in the process. It was very stressful as we had help waiting on us to load the trailer and it inconvenienced them.Richard N.

The last time I used UHaul they were extremely helpful and friendly. They hooked the trailer up, took pictures of it hooked up correctly, and took pictures of any issues with the trailer. This guy at this location however; he just watched us hook it up and told me he can only help when I asked if he was supposed to do it. No pictures were taken. The whole experience felt weird and awkward.DEREK S.
Guy at this location called me at noon on 11/16/21 then again at 2PM asking if I had their equipment. I told him yes and was planning on bringing it back when I got off of work. He said he would have to charge a late fee because it was supposed to be brought back at 10AM. Problem is I never received a contract because the guy in TX entered in my email one letter off. I brought back at 5PM and the guy asked me if I wanted an email receipt and I told him last time I didn't receive it. He told me to come inside and he would send it now. That is when I realized they had my email wrong. He sent the confirmation that I had returned the trailer and along with it another charge for $30. I asked him why he charged me and he said he didn't. I showed him receipt and was told to go online and dispute the charge. Very poor service.Jeffrey R.

The attendants at the location were unprofessional. The unit smelled like pot and was full of ashes. After I dropped the truck off they they charged me $70 for fuel even though it was brought back with the same amount of fuel as when picked up. AwfulMICHAEL E.

My recommendation is U-Haul withdraw the franchise from this location. The right front head light was burned out on low beam. A hand written note about leaving the lock somewhere near the minimart was left on the passenger seat. When I inquired about getting a padlock the staff was completely ignorant whether locks were available and recommendation I buy 1â€ MasterLock that would not secure a high school locker much less and a moving truck. In summary unprofessional and ignorant. This location makes U-Haul look like a fourth rate company in a third world country.PHILLIP D.
