I had to put myself at risk to load the trailer on the hitch, the person that was at the store barely spoke English. You have to have a device to load it on there. Luckily I didn't pullout my back. The person at the store barely spoke english.

Vincent RMake sure the online reservation matches the locations rules and regulations. I rented a uhaul from state to state and because the communication was bad from beginning to finish I’m getting charged double for a wrongful location return fee.
