Make sure the online reservation matches the locations rules and regulations. I rented a uhaul from state to state and because the communication was bad from beginning to finish I’m getting charged double for a wrongful location return fee.

UHaul should discontinue association with this guy and his establishment!! Absolutely DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS GUY!!!
Aaron MTruck was blocked in. Had to wait for workers to move equipment. The place to secure dolly was stuck. Had to borrow tools to get it unstick it so we could secure dolly. This delayed us about an hour which went into our rental time. Owner of establishment could not speak good English. I am in no way against anyone but we could not understand him at all.
