The owner of this store/rental center is a piece of shit. Speaks very little English and doesn't care to assist you in any way. It is as if your bothering him with your mere presence! UHaul should discontinue association with this guy and his establishment!! Absolutely DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS GUY!!!

Truck was blocked in. Had to wait for workers to move equipment. The place to secure dolly was stuck. Had to borrow tools to get it unstick it so we could secure dolly. This delayed us about an hour which went into our rental time. Owner of establishment could not speak good English. I am in no way against anyone but we could not understand him at all.
Carla Lstaff seemed kind of indifferent, did not help with the hookup
Kent ZI did not appreciate scheduling the U-Haul in Baton Rouge only to find out I had to drive 40 minutes from my home to Denham Sorings to pick it up
