Your customer service representatives should be transparent about the deals that you have. By giving me a discount in mileage they attempted to have me go 18 miles away to pickup and drop off. The customer representative stated that the reason for the further pickup and drop off was because they offered me the mileage discount. This makes me think that there’s something wrong with this. Very disappointing!!!!
