I took dated pictures before I left showing the oil was low. I returned the truck clean and tried to pay the extra milage and was unable too. The next day I was given a $25 cleaning fee. I emailed a representative that said the fee was removed and milage was all I had to pay. It was not. I called again I was told I was all payed up nothing to worry. I had my contract number saying it was paid. A week later I was fully changed $53. I tried to call the 1 800 GO UHAUL as soon as I explained I was being charged an extra fee I was hung up on. I am fully convinced now UHAUL keeps the wooden cargo floor chipped with paint so they can charge you for a dirty truck.
