Ellison CThis location was good, but the Ace U-Haul in San Antonio had the gate closed when I arrived at 3:45 pm on 3/6/2022 to drop off the truck. It was on a busy street and there was no place to leave the truck. It took me 30 minutes on the phone to reach the national then the regional U-Haul to get an address of a main U-Haul on Austin Hwy a mile away. There should be better guidance about hours of operation and explanation that the main locations offer more service than the UPS sites.
Helena DMy only issue is that I made a reservation online but when I got there they had no record of it. I had to show her the email confirmation.

Bill Cwindshield had lots of bugs truck not clean nguy @ counter when checked it didnt go out with me to inspect. Maybe he was only 1 working that day. Ladies were more helpful on day before I picked up truck.

LYNETTE BIf all you want is a van, you are in luck. Nice lady. Nice, clean vehicle. Low miles. However, that's the only vehicle you can get. Also, the website lets you pick a variety of additional supplies which this location will not have when you get there. I could not give a higher overall rating because I needed a dolly and some furniture blankets, which the website offered to me for a price, but which were not on-hand when we went to pick up the van.

CHARLES TThe staff was very helpful and curteous during the extremely long process of registering to rent this truck. The computer had multiple problems including erasing all of my info at one point. I was advised that I was the first person to rent, and so it was a learning process. Most of the problem was entering my credit card manually, so a card reader would be an improvement for the next customer.
