Final receipt was accurate and quickly sent by email. I will definitely contact them the next time I need a U-Haul rental.

walter oThe self-rental process was slow, difficult, and location services was ineffective and made it challenging. It took nearly 45 minutes from the time I arrived to pick up to the time that I drove out of the parking lot. Location services was ineffective again at the end and I was mistakenly charged for an extra day because of it - which a customer service agent refunded for me without any issue because he could see in your logs that I was trying to return. I appreciate the convenience of being able to rent after hours but the process could be greatly improved.

EVAN Bthe truck was not mechanically maintained, had to deal with the truck shaking for 160 miles round trip causing my passenger to get sick. small side mirror was broken and came out of its place on the highway causing us to stop and tape it so it doesnt come loose and cause damage to cars. not the first time renting from uhaul but definitly the worst experience so far

TERRENCE LI never had a poor experience with uhaul until this place and the person running it. Money hungry. Zero consideration. At first he will talk and seem like a fair guy and understand, but as soon he find a way to charge you no matter what the circumstances is. I get it, its a business but don't seem like a guy who helps people when he doesn't care. I shared this experience with my colleagues, friends, and family. They did not believe. But it is fine. We will go somewhere else. It is not the money, it the damn principle which I know nowadays is completely gone! Thank you and go see for yourself!
