How U-Haul Reviews WorkOverall it was a . excellent experience. I had a little difficulty with the app. When I called customer service, they answered promptly and stayed on the phone until the process was complete.
Lance DIt was a small office that wasn’t easily identifiable. I saw the trucks which let me know I was at the right place. It was messy and cluttered in the office. They didn’t have the larger dolly that would have been useful for moving the one large piece that we had.
LaTanya Mowner was super helpful in choosing the size of rental and answering questions. vehicle was in great shape and clean etc.
Heidi GGreat owner who truly cares. If I was sure I could get this location, I would request him.
