The self-rental process was slow, difficult, and location services was ineffective and made it challenging. It took nearly 45 minutes from the time I arrived to pick up to the time that I drove out of the parking lot. Location services was ineffective again at the end and I was mistakenly charged for an extra day because of it - which a customer service agent refunded for me without any issue because he could see in your logs that I was trying to return. I appreciate the convenience of being able to rent after hours but the process could be greatly improved.

Amany MUhaul did not well stock this location, they did not even give the very nice lady who worked at Mail boxes and more a dollley which was apart of my rental, however she was very nice and gave me one of her store ones also the online check out process is too annoying after a move Cab was pretty warm down and dirty/greasy
