Easy to deal with business. Reservation was adjusted without attitude. No hidden fees. No pressure to add anything onto the rental. Helpful advice given about vehicle (27ft). Final receipt was accurate and quickly sent by email. I will definitely contact them the next time I need a U-Haul rental.

walter oThe self-rental process was slow, difficult, and location services was ineffective and made it challenging. It took nearly 45 minutes from the time I arrived to pick up to the time that I drove out of the parking lot. Location services was ineffective again at the end and I was mistakenly charged for an extra day because of it - which a customer service agent refunded for me without any issue because he could see in your logs that I was trying to return. I appreciate the convenience of being able to rent after hours but the process could be greatly improved.
