The physical facilities were not exactly charming, but the person who helped me with the trailer was EXCELLENT. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and also when I called earlier to determine the height of the trailer hitch they went out and measured it and called me back promptly. The operators of the location were very polite and were a pleasure to deal with. I will reccommend this UHAUL facility to my friends and will use it again myself.

Vehicle was not equipped with cruise control, or it was not clear how to operate it. Customers should be told if the vehicle has cruise control and how to operate it if it isn't clear to the customer.

I am incredibly disappointed in my UHaul experience and my family will never be using Uhaul again. We had a 26 foot truck reserved but were downsized to a 20 foot truck AND had to drive 45 minutes away to get it. The movers took considerably longer than expected because of the size of this truck and we could not fit all of our belongings in, resulting in hundreds of dollars of our stuff being thrown in the dumpster due to having no way of getting it to our new home. Basically, Uhaul ruined our move.
