the truck was not mechanically maintained, had to deal with the truck shaking for 160 miles round trip causing my passenger to get sick. small side mirror was broken and came out of its place on the highway causing us to stop and tape it so it doesnt come loose and cause damage to cars. not the first time renting from uhaul but definitly the worst experience so far

The truck had extremely bad brakes and the left mirror kept sliding off and dangling. I was stressing the whole time driving that truck.

I never had a poor experience with uhaul until this place and the person running it. Money hungry. Zero consideration. At first he will talk and seem like a fair guy and understand, but as soon he find a way to charge you no matter what the circumstances is. I get it, its a business but don't seem like a guy who helps people when he doesn't care. I shared this experience with my colleagues, friends, and family. They did not believe. But it is fine. We will go somewhere else. It is not the money, it the damn principle which I know nowadays is completely gone! Thank you and go see for yourself!

Aviv is TOP notch customer service, honesty & very accomodating. I am a single women w/ no experience driving box trucks & he set me up so i was comfy & understood what I was doing, basically giving me confidence to figure it out. Aviv is just a bad a$$, straight forward, realistic & helpful guy that you want on your side during a move or anything that could be stressful. Hands down made my moving experience smooth!

I signed up for a truck online and stopped by this location to confirm as it is close to my home. Turns out I had reserved a truck from a different location with a similar address by mistake. They were able to switch my reservation to the correct location while I waited. They were also able to register a second driver just by sending them a text, it was very simple and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

My reservation was changed and I couldn’t drop it off to the location I wanted. I moved from downers to Romeoville and had to come back to Westmont location to drop off. Romeoville location would’ve been nice. Thanks.

There is nothing to improve. Location, service and trailer were perfect. Everything was easy, and own of location went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. I will ALWAYS look to rent from UHaul and this location whenever I have moving needs.

Rental location itself was not the issue, Uhual called and told me I had to change from my original pickup location to this one. But also told me my dropoff location would remain the same. Upon using the truck and going to return it I then found out they also changed the location to the original pickup. NOT to where I ordered the Uhaul to, making me spend more in gas, travel, and time. Very poor system and dishonesty on Uhaul's part

The drop-off wasn't open during my return window. I wouldn't review the location, but this survey won't permit me to skip anything. I plan to find another provider in the future. U-Haul clearly has no interest in any kind of customer service.

Can't say enough great things about this U-Haul center! Could not have been more easy to drop-off a one-way Auto Hauler trailer. Fast and most importantly polite and efficient service. If you are in need of moving or towing vehicles in Westmont look no further! HIGHLY recommended!

The truck was absolutely filthy in the cabin, the previous person spilled a larger coffee all over the dash. Also, the back cargo area had various plastic and cardboard. I kicked out the larger pieces of the previous persons cardboard, but left a few. In addition to having to drive a disgusting truck almost 300 miles, I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I called to inquire about the fee, but the call was not returned as I was told it would be. I will not rent from this place again.

I had to switch to this location after a 20’ vehicle i reserved was not available at the location i reserved it at. This happened to me last time I used Uhaul. You need to change your process to let customers sooner if their reserved vehicle is unavailable.

The after hours checkout is horrible! It takes at least 20 minutes to do it because of all the picture downloads. Why can't you make it easier?

The keys were shoved in there and prevented me from opening the lock box. There was trash from the last person in there. The vehicle had some weird remaining gas left over that was imposssible to fill it up to so I wasted money returning it to more gas than it originally had. Stupid
