This was the second time I rented from this location this week and the van I was issued was far superior to the one I had for my first rental. The service was excellent both times but the condition of the van I used during the first rental was less than satisfactory.

Wen ZhouFor the convenience of all customers, renting vehicles, Insist that all customers are required to bring all vehicles back with a full tank of gas or they’ll be charged $100 or $200 I realize that means someone Hass to fill the tank up with gas when it comes back not full, but somethings should be done…overcharge the customer that left it low and give a credit to the next customer to make up the difference when they fill up the tank. It’s lovely to have new equipment and such a convenient and will run place as male, etc.inc.

The ONLY good thing about this location was the two cute senior? dogs wandering around. The one star in the review is for the dogs. Will never go back and would never recommend to anyone.

Alejandra DzibWhere the vehicles are and where the office is are two different locations on different sides of the street. Also NO KEY DROP BOX. AND poor website … the cost per mile was NOT INDICATED when I made the reservations. NEVER AGAIN.

Luis JustoParking area for vehicles is fairly small and it's a little challenging to maneuver in and out of the lot in anything bigger than a van. The vehicle we rented was extensively covered in graffiti, although this was no fault at all of the business owner but an unfortunate reflection of the neighborhood situation. Anything Uhaul can do to help secure more protected parking for the business would likely be appreciated by both customers and the business owner.

David HammondEveryone I spoke with / worked with / helped me at this location was FANTASTIC. they were quick and friendly and polite and helped guide me out of the parking lot and I really can’t say enough good things about the experience I had with the people there. Unfortunately, this is not a uhaul branded location, and they are at the mercy of uhaul for maintenance on the trucks they have. The trucks were not well maintained. Uhaul could make this place better by offering better maintenance to their non branded locations. My truck needed an oil change, had a few loose dials, and a big chip in the windshield. It would be better if the truck were in better shape.
Justin WardI wish I would have been told I would have needed additional verification. I was at the site wasting half an hour of my four hours of truck rental because it needed my passport or lease agreement, who carries that with them? I also think the gas gage was off because I had to put at least 5 gallons of gas in my truck when I drove it a total of 15 miles and it was still saying the gas wasn't as full as when I got it.
