Keep the check in process personal. I was unable to complete the online check in due to poor internet connection - photos would not load and it would not allow me to continue without uploading at least one photo - that part of the experience sucked - everything else was good.

Scott AThe employee did not check the mileage or the fuel level when I dropped off the tuck. I was not given a receipt either. The employee merely took my keys and told me everything was fine and that U-Haul would take care of everything. I received a phone call from U-Haul 2 days later asking me when I planned to turn in the truck; the drop-off location never ended my rental!
Robert BI scheduled the truck for 9 am. Later the time changed itself to 10 am. I had 5 people lined up to help with the moving; An hour was wasted waiting for the store to open at 10 am. I realized later that I mistakenly scheduled with the wrong location which just just a 100 yds up the street

Shanda WI didn’t like the gas tank initially being under what was shown on my phone upon check in, I filled in gas twice at two different gas stations to get the gas tank line back to the original amount to avoid penalty, and the gas level would recess back after leaving the gas station which was frustrating. I was upset about that scenario. Otherwise, I enjoyed the staff I encountered during the pick up process of the uhaul rental.

Michael DWas redirected to multiple locations and at the last minute sent to this location completely out of the way. Truck cab leaked the entire trip from DE to CT. Water dripped on my head and back the entire time. I arrived soaked. It was torture.
REBEKAH PSome more or different signage about where to drop off the truck. Or something that would help the customer know exactly where to go. Fortunately I had the suite number from my reservation but absent that, I would have driven in circles.

Alfatia Srental agent ask for references after being given valid drivers license and professional ID. That was not necessary, was harassing. I have been a good customer for years.
Tyrone JJust received a charge for an additional $67. We utilized the truck for 90 miles but some how was charged for almost double the miles without being notified!
