It was hard to find the lockbox and the instructions could have been better. The back of the truck was not swept out. The location was convenient.

Yeah it runs very excellent. Comfortable ride! I have rented several times in the past! And Uhaul staffs are very friendly!
Robert KWhen I was checking out the rental, the person added the insurance coverage that I had not chosen in the reservation process. Because I was in a rush, I did not notice that he had added that charge. I understand he showed me the subtotal for my approval but why do I even get to go through the reservation process and decline it if then he will override my choice? This feels like a sneaky practice.
LILY DCounter employee seemed uninterested in being there and did Jo complete return till after I called 800 number and started to complain. Overall my experience with U-Haul was so subpar that it makes me question ever using the company again. I dealt with or spoke to multiple people and only truly received any assistance from 1 person. Everyone else treated me like I was bothering them.
