It was a 2 hour delay because the app was not working properly , then after making several phone calls , the lock was jammed for the key causing more delayed phone calls. Then the steering on the truck was so loose and unsafe that I could not even maintain the posted speed.. It was a horrible unsafe experience and will never use this company again.

Bigger on the shopping strip to indicate that location would be helpful
Joseph SIt was hard to find the lockbox and the instructions could have been better. The back of the truck was not swept out. The location was convenient.

Robert KWhen I was checking out the rental, the person added the insurance coverage that I had not chosen in the reservation process. Because I was in a rush, I did not notice that he had added that charge. I understand he showed me the subtotal for my approval but why do I even get to go through the reservation process and decline it if then he will override my choice? This feels like a sneaky practice.
