With the exception of me ordering (and paying) for 2 utility dollies, & 1 appliance dolly, and only receiving 1 utility dolly…then we had to drive to another location after dropping the truck home in order to locate what we ordered previously….I’d give a 3.75 out of 5 due to that. That process took a couple of hours away from us packing up our home. I appreciate the customer service from Shakira. Steve could have been more hospitable.

slow but friendly service at counter
DEIJEINE CThe location was clean and inviting but the desk clerk was rude, unfriendly, unhelpful. They charged a $25 cleaning fee which was completely unwarranted. Apparently, Uhaul is known for this practice. Be sure to take photos before you return a truck. If I do a self-move again it most definitely WILL NOT be with a Uhaul truck.
