I had an early pick up prior to the location opening. Key to vehicle was in a lock box with a rusted lock that proved difficult to open. Once I gained access, the dolly I requested was not available and i was not given notice in advance. Furthermore, the truck had NO fuel as the gas light was on and the needle on E, so i had to immediately take time out of my move to refuel. Horrible experience all around.
