The plaza, I don't believe it's the store, but has a trash can under the lock boxes which had a pretty strong order on top of soaked cigarette butts. Butts. Maybe something could be done about that, especially when that lock to retrieve the key could not be opened and needed the mailbox Express rep to to open it for me who stated that it is a little particular on how to open it. While I was waiting for them to open a guy from another store said U-Haul people wait there several times because they can't get the lock open. Just FYI stuff. Overall great experience with the van more or less to pick up and the place!

I realize this location is new to Uhaul. I think the employees need to be trained a little more. They were a little unsure about process and kept telling me they "didn't have access to the numbers and charges". Other than that, good experience.
TIMOTHY GWhen I encountered an issue with the billing, I called the location I rented from. The girl on the phone claimed to be the owner, she was very rude. I won’t be going back to this store for any services. The gentleman I spoke with at U-Haul was friendly and helpful.
