Rental wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up on time, district manager called me and didn’t want to take care of me, I used 2 different u-haul places in the last year, both of time I had issues because the rental wasn’t checked in when it’s suppose to be done. It wasn’t my responsibility to check to see if the unit was there. Both rentals need serious maintenance, i almost got in a accident because the poor alignment and brakes.
