Whoever runs mailxpress needs to actually care about their job. It was a disaster from start to finish and the place couldn't even bother to open on time. My dolly wasn't in the vehicle, the system to get my key out of the lockbox wasn't working. It was just a dismal experience from start to finish and I won't be using uhaul again

Entering the Mail Xpress establishment I was greeted by a very professional employee. Helped me out along with the Uhaul associate the process and end result was positive. I feel if you need to rent a vehicle I suggest go to Mail Xpress.
