Paul OThis is the best location I have ever rented from. They are more friendly and efficient than any other I have ever used. This was my second time renting from this location. I have other uhaul rental locations closer to where I live but I will go out of my way to go here.

I even asked for the smaller truck but of course that was broken as well. Highly disappointed in uhaul and never plan to use your service again

Daisy WPoor service, dirty vehicle, attempted to charge me for a fuel charge after watching me fuel the vehicle upon drop off. Additionally, I was levied a cleaning fee. And, after disputing the changes, I was told I was to be banned from U-Haul for voicing my concerns. Mind you this is not the first time they have rented a vehicle that was not cleaned or topped off with fuel. The last time resulting in a vehicle that broke down and left me stranded. Instead of taking all of that into consideration, the attendant made every effort to make the return of the vehicle as difficult as possible.
JACOB HThe vehicle was dirty The vehicle did not have a Full Tank of gas. When I dropped off the vehicle after driving a total of 24 miles, I added fuel to replace what was used. I was told I was to pay a fuel charge in addition to what I already spent refueling the vehicle. This is not the first time I have had issues renting from this location. After being told I was to be banned from the location. Needless to say, I won’t return to this location. I am a fan of Uhaul and the services they provide.
JACOB HStop changing pickup and drop off locations. This was extremely frustrating that I had to drop off the truck and a location different that I had chosen.
ARON UThe person who assisted me at rental pic up time was excellent. The person at drop off time did not know to tell me I needed to check in on the app or online because it was after hours. He told me just put the key in the box, when in fact, I needed to check in online for ending mileage and conditional photos to be uploaded. I figured it out, but would've been good to have that direction from the evening staff member. Overall great experience, very nice vehicle.

Mario CThe gas gage was not full when we checked out and we did not check the gas gage. After using the vehicle (58 miles) and just before check we refueled the gas tank at a cast of $107. When we checked in and told them about the trucks gas mileage, they confirmed that the truck was not full at checkout and "as per the contract" they would not reimburse us for any charges.

VASILIY UI should get a military discount. I did everything and thensome on the uhaul app, I should be compensated for driving under the said miles and for putting above the fuel wence I started. It was a great move and I would use this location again . Thank you and have a great night!

NANCY DThe truck was an absolute death trap! When I told the guy about the issues with the truck, he wasnt concerned at all. $70 to rent a truck that hardly makes it down the road? Save yourself the money and time, go somewhere else. Your safety should be a priority!! Good luck to the next person who rents that truck, you'll need it!!

URSULA OThe truck was all dusty, and there was even a dead bee inside. The fuel tank wasn’t filled, and after I returned the truck, they tried to charge me an extra $84 for fuel, claiming I hadn’t refueled it. I always take photos of the fuel gauge at the start of the trip and when I return the truck, so they couldn’t fool me. I’ve never had issues like this before — I hope it’s just this location.

JAMES RI went in two days early to rent a box truck for a couple hours. Two days later when I picked it up I ended up having more questions to answer. It took a long time. Then man turned on the truck and walked away. I could not reach the pedal and tried to move the seat forward but couldn’t get it to move. I had to then drive it to the customer door and ask for help. I noticed that I couldn’t see out of the mirrors like I needed. I tried to fix them. The driver side door would not close properly. I had to slam it shut, hoping it didn’t shatter a window. I would think that they would have seen this little 72 year old woman and explained the truck adjustments before walking away. There was barely a quarter of a tank of gas. Also, the advertising on the side for 19.99 is false. I went a total of 18 miles and had the truck back in less than an hour. It cost me over 53 dollars. When I told the attendants when returning that the driver door didn’t shut they said they knew!! Anyway, I will never recommend Uhaul or this location.

DONALD WCharged me for 3 gallons of gas after I returned even though a) I only drove 14 miles and b) added gas before I returned the truck (which matched the fuel gauge when I rented it [I have pictures of before and after]). I will be disputing with U-Haul.
GARY GThere were a few issues with the rental of my van to move some furniture, however those issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. This is a relatively new spot for rentals and so far they seem to be getting the hang of it just need a little polishing on the rough edges.
KIMBERLY RThe equipment was so they didn't give me a receipt and said it would be coming in our email but there is nothing there and we need this email he over charged me as I was slightly later and they said that they had to rent out one of their other units which was a lie because they were all there. I told him to move the truck as it was ill positioned and someone with the one next door could hit this one but he said he had it handled and didn't. This is extremely close to me but I will never use them again.
BARBARA VExplain that there’s a base payment& a deposit. All in all nearly $300 for only 60 miles. Absolutely ridiculous. After asking in every way I can what the actual total would be I kept getting told less than $90 I paid $250 for 60miles & had to pay for gas!!! Never again

TERESSA JThey were unable to send me the initial estimate for the rental, so I was asked to take photos of the computer screen. When I returned the Uhaul, I was double charged for the "Safe Move" and charged more in rental charges. When I tried to argue the charges, the owners feigned ignorance until I left.
LING JCHECK IN TOOK TOO LONG, I CHECKED IN ONLINE AND ALL THE SAME QUESTIONS WERE ASKED WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP. THEY ALSO REQUESTED THAT I CALL SOMEONE TO VERIFY WHO I WAS, WHICH IS A BIT EXCESSIVE WHEN THEY HAVE MY PHOTO ID. THERE WAS DIRT IN THE VAN WHEN I PICKED IT UP, THE HEATER DIDN'T WORK AND THERE WAS NO GAS IN THE TANK. THE OTHER TIMES I'VE RENTED A U-HAUL THE TANK IS FULL, AND I JUST FILL IT UP AGAIN WHEN I'M FINISHED. THIS TIME I HAVE TO FILL UP THERE AND ESTIMATE WHAT I WOULD USE, WHICH WASN'T ENOUGH, SO I HAD TO STOP AGAIN AND FILL IT UP AGAIN, WHICH WAS INCONVIENENT. THE PICK UP PROCESS TOOK WAY TOO LONG.
