Had a 24/7 pickup for 7 am but the truck was blocked in and I had to wait till after 8 for them to open up and move the truck that blocked me in. I had one shot to pick up toys for a toy drive at 8 am and the local fire department was waiting at the warehouse to help load the truck. Luckily they were willing to wait until I finally arrived. While the staff seemed friendly, the truck we rented was so so maintained. What really made us mad was being charge for miles we didn't drive. We drove less than 70 miles and yet were charged as if we drove 182. We returned the gas at the same level we received it: half-full. Yet we were charged for gasoline. I will not recommend this rental place to anyone!Wilson M.

The Truck was dirty and very old. I drove it home (2miles) and the engine was ticking. I checked the oil and it was 2 quarts plus down. the next day I drove it to work (20 miles) the truck shook and was very unstable. I called U-Haul to return this truck and get a different one, this took a lot of time waiting on hold may different times. Finally I got a different one. but still was charge for this one. I believe I should not have been charged for a unsafe truck.Glenn H.

When we got the trailer it one tire that was bigger. We told the guy we didn't need it for 5 days he said we will get a credit back. At drop off we where told we have to pay for 5 days. The trailer dragged the hole time and lowered our mpgMichael B.

The rental process was extremely easy. I was coming from out of town and I did ask if it was okay if we were past our rental time to drop the uhaul back off. I did get confirmation from one of the employees that as long as we get the uhaul back by the morning we would only be charged for one day. When we returned the uhaul around 10:00pm, it looked as if the staff was waiting on us, even though I was advised as long as we get it back before morning we are good. The staff immediately just started unhooking the uhaul without saying anything to us. It also looked as if they were extremely pissed at us, when again I was told it would be okay. I found it extremely rude that I was given misinformation. And quite honestly, I felt a lot of tension and sensed they were pissed. Unfortunately this place is right by my house which was convenient, but am unsure if we will use this place again. Again they were great as it was extremely easy to get the uhaul and they set it up, but I didn't like the misinformation that was given to me.Kaitlyn M.

The snow on the truck had not been cleaned off, and as a result spent a good 15-20min cleaning. The inside of the truck was also a bit dirty, which makes me wonder if the truck is disinfected after each us? Towards the end of my reservation I needed to extend it by about an hour or so, which was an easy process. Overall the truck served its purpose. By far the worst U-Haul experience ever. I have been in the military for over 20 years and used the company to move myself probably over 12 times. First, I had to make over a 30 mile round trip to pick up my truck, all why passing 2 large U-Haul facilities. Next I asked the agent if the truck was disinfected like the website promised steering wheel, handles, all touch points disinfected. Don't believe the website, it is not true. She told me they don't do that, just use a little spray to clean the vehicle. It was filthy inside to include a used face mask on the floor. In addition, the top of the cab and windshield was covered in snow and ice when I was handed the key. The agent even handed me a bucket of Clorox wipes. So disappointed this time that my intent is to visit all the military family's face book pages, post this review and photos and recommend that during these trying times of Covid, 19 to stay away from U-Haul.RICHARD K.

On the day of pickup I was charged almost $100. After the day of drop off I was charged $74 for rental and milage! I tried to call multiple times and no one answered. When I picked up they ignored my online pre-register- I have an account with uhaul and have used their services multiple times before. This was never done when I have used uhaul before! The representative did not speak English well, or atleast clearly enough for me to understand. He ignored ME (the person who actually reserved the truck) and only directed questions and contact with my guest (a male). I am ridiculously disappointed with this service and would not recommend anyone to use this. If I had never used uhaul before- I would have such a negative experience that I would use a different company instead- since multiple services are offered in the area..Laura B.

I filled up the vehicle w/ fuel to the required level and even left the receipt in the truck for verification. I exceeded the level of fuel, but was still charged for additional fuel. I took a picture of the fuel level and odometer reading when I dropped the truck off. Disappointing!Jack S.
The experience overall was not very satisfying. This was not due to the location. It would have been better to have everything filled out before getting to location. I was not aware that the 24/7 process would take an hour while standing in the cold. I couldn't use certain browsers for location, and needed to take pics. Would have been better if I was made aware to do that the day before. I am grateful that I could rent a truck on Thanksgiving. Just some feedback for ya. Thanks.Thomas F.

The location was great but the truck itself was not good. It needs some work done to it and smelled very bad. The transmission was very loud and the wheel alignment was scary while driving. The truck needs work done to it so the next driver feels safe.Caitlin T.

I reserved a 5X8 trailer to pick up Friday 9/18 8:30 AM. I arrived on time and was told that they do not start haul rentals until 9:00 AM. I showed them my confirmation email confirming location, date, time and equipment and was told to sit down and wait until 9. I told them that I had confirmed the reservation through Becky at Uhaul and they said they needed to call Becky and remind her that they don't rent until 9:00 AM. 5 minutes later I explained to another employee that I had people waiting for me based on my 8:30 reservation. She grudgingly logged in and processed my rental. She didn't seem to have any of my check-in information that I had provided the day prior online. She acted like she was doing me a big favor processing the rental "early". I got on the road by 8:45, arriving to meet my helper 15 minutes late. No need to treat me like I screwed up the time.MARK C.

The website is difficult and confusing. I gave my reservation to a location far away from where I needed to pick it up. When I corrected it, it created a 2nd reservation. Once I finally got the correct reservation, everything went smoothly. The vehicle needs cruise control!!!Peter I.

Do not allow 24/7 use at locations that close early. This means that the location is not always able to check the trucks in properly for the next person. Our 24/7 pick up was suppose to be easy but turned into a mess when we could not "pick up our truck" because it had been dropped off by the previous person after hours on a Saturday and this location was closed on Sunday so the truck was never really registered as being "returned" so we could not take it on Sunday AM. It does not seem to be the locations fault. The family actually came in on their day off because they said they noticed they had a pick up. They showed up right as we were about to leave after 45 minutes of trying to use the app, online, calling other locations to try to rent another truck, and calling UHaul's number for which I waited on hold so long that THEY hung up on me. How was the location suppose to check in the truck, check it over, inspect, and prepare it for the next customer when they were not there?Nora B.
