We self check in and the keys were not in the lock box. There were two other people at the location that had the same problem. We had to wait 45 minutes until the business opened to get keys What would have happened if it was Sunday and they were not ppen.

Had issues at pickup where the keys were not in the lockbox which caused a delay. A worker there was able to assist eventually.
