The odometer is off. I drove the truck 16.9 miles and the odometer read that i drove 25 miles. I was charged for 8 miles i didn’t use.

in order to refill the right amount of fuel to the truck, i need to know how many gallons the holds. the information could easily be provided. For example, tell me how many gallons it takes to add 1/4 of a tank - 6 gallons, 7 gallons, 6.5 gallons? A simple item, but enormously helpful.

There has to be some way to check for leaks in the truck, I got caught in a downpour of rain and didn’t realize that the roof had a leak above the “Moms attic” and it completely soaked my headboards and footboards of my beds. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful and this was probably one of if not the cleanest facilities that I’ve ever rented from.

The. A/C did not work appropiately. Max air did not blow as strong as normal ac. I believe your cabin filter was dirty. Very uncomfortable as it is 90+ degrees today. The people at the desk did not seem surprised that I complained about the air. Was not offered anything. So disappointing.

Did a self drop off they did not have a record of the issues I had at the initial pick up and asked me why I was missing some items need to do a better job to communicate from uhaul customer service to the online changes they had to be made

I dropped off on Sunday so no one was at the drop off location. Dropped the trailer in a convenient location, not in front of the building and used the app to check it in. Never talked to anyone at this drop off location.

The trailer was not clean… smelled bad like dogs or animals… my things had to all be shampooed… I returned the trailer on Friday Dec 13 th…. It wasn’t due until Monday the 16th…. I never got a receipt and was not checked in when I returned it… not a good experience

My reservation was changed to this location which an additional 20 min out of the way. The clerk demanded additional info that I have never been asked for before. The clerk that checked me in was super nice and friendly!!

Ms. Tracy is always helpful and friendly everytime that I rent at this location. She and her team members are always very understanding in the event of me coming in last minute requesting a trailer for my son four wheeler. Thank you so much Ms. Tracy for always being there when I need you all. :-)

I preregistered online for the vehicle and equipment that I needed; and actually paid. Was told that on the day of pickup, I'd be able to go in, show my Driver's License and be on my way. That was hardly the case. The dolly that I rented and paid for was not available. Then, I had to provide additional information (another phone number). Then despite prepaying for a certain number of miles, I was told at the desk that it was mandatory to pay for much more miles than I needed; and any miles that weren't used would be credited back to my account. I spent another 30 minutes at the desk!! So much for pre-registering and pre-paying. The entire payment set up was very misleading and deceptive. Although the guys that work there were very friendly, I won't rent from Uhaul again.

I arrived at the location given to me in the U-Haul email, only to read a sign on the door that they do not accept one-way drop-offs. The guy was very nice, looked me up in the computer by my phone number and had nothing on file that I was dropping off a trailer. He looked at the trailer and said, "I actually have enough space to take it - if it was anything bigger I would have turned you away." Again, he was a very nice guy and quickly took care of disconnecting the trailer and getting me on my way, but how is it possible that I get an email with his location, but he has no record of me coming? I happen to be very laid back and don't make a big deal out of things, but thank God I wasn't an ornery customer, because I could have thrown a fit in both of the above situations. Very disorganized!

The only notes I have were that they did not include the furniture pads that I requested and the checkin process after hours can be a bit time consuming if you encounter any issues with the verification bit. I spoke with a representative and they promptly removed the furniture pad charge. Overall I am happy with the services!

I've already explained that they are far better than other locations who rent out the Van's and the main fact that the Van ran great and didn't bet you to death waiting for it to go and bounce you all over the cab, my main thoughts they are 100% better than any other Locations who are renting out the Vehicles and i didn't mind filling the gas tank up for it was a very good riding Van, and I'll be going back to this location for all future use of a UHaul Van. I maintained storage for 10ys and saw the price rise almost quarterly. The hidden fees are ridiculous. There are surely no perks. It's impossible to maintain rodent and insect free things in the back. Everytime I ever retrieve items. I must call the exterminator. Just choose wisely with units.

Confined spaces for parking! Bad experience. A staff comes out being disrespectful and aggressive tone in his voice to demand me to move my car when the whole parking lot was busy, crowded and tight no choice to park temporary as a UPS track was backing up behind me. I showed him nothing but respect and did as he asked. The next day my mom helped with unloading. This same staff has come up to my unit with an opposite attitude while respectfully tell my mom to move her car. I had confronted him on his rudeness towards me and differences on how he treated my mom with respect as he should. He had apologized. I Understand he had a bad day but, but it's not excuses on his approach/ demeanor. At the end I am happy to never go to Main Road Self Storage ever again!

Was a customer for almost 2 years. Paid on time each month. I wanted to move over one space so that it would be a little easier to back in. Was told that I would have to pay the new much higher price since it would be considered a new rental. Pretty ridiculous. Rates were raised each year but I just felt that they were raised just because they could. Raises were too high.

I've had a unit here, various sizes, for over five years. The manager has been there since I started. I moved a distance away and had to get a closer unit. She has taken care of me, with professionalism and compassion, for the entire time. I would not have moved if it didn't take me so long to get there from my new location. Apparently there was a flood and I had an outside unit. All of my furniture was destroyed due to mold. My unit was also full of mice dropping.
