Had reserved a 6x12 trailer for 9:30. Never received a call or text that it wasn't available. Fortunately they had a 5x9 ready to go. AFTER the entire move and everyone gone home...I got a txt stating the 6x12 was available at an entirely different location. Souch for reserving ahead.

CHRISTIAN WI did have a dent in the truck but was clean.
BOBBY BI rented a 5X8 trailer over the phone and when I go to pick up at this location they didn’t have it for me so I was forced to take a smaller trailer. The girl at the desk was rude. She said she tried to call me several times however I never received a call from them. I do not support those who lie just to get business. When I went online to rent the price was $40 one way. The very next day it was $94. WTH??? Hire people who are honest and pleasant to work with. Be consistent with your prices. Put your customers first not your pocket book.
