Vehicle requested was not available, neither was the furniture dollys I requested. I was told equipment available is only what is at rental location. I submitted the request 3 weeks in advance, if they were unable to fulfill my request I should have received notification that they could not complete my request.

Every time I have interacted with the two people at this location they have been wonderfully pleasant. They both have gone above and beyond to help accommodate us! I greatly appreciate you both.

Very quick and easy to rent here. The return experience was even better. A gentleman came out and asked if everything went well and he took the appliance dolly in for me and told me I was good to go. I didn’t even have to go in. Fast & convenient! I would definitely rent here again.

Only 2 issues: the right rear tire was low on air pressure. The staff said the valve stem had been replaced. I filled it with air but it lost a 5 lbs throughout my trip. It may have a minor leak. Second was a faint smell of cigarettes, likely from a previous renter. Not overwhelming but still there. Otherwise it was a great truck, mechanically sound n delightful to drive. Uhaul staff was great, friendly n helpful: I will rent from them again.

I have used Uhaul quite a bit and have always been generally satisfied with the services offered but this last time everything was better than ever. Best service ever in Valdosta at the 4800 Bemiss Rd location. I will ALWAYS refer and use uhaul for my moving needs. God bless!!!

As I said about the pickup location, the place was fine and people were helpful and friendly. However, the app is a real piece of garbage. I think Uhaul can do far better with respect to the app.

Reserved two utility Dollie’s. Realized I wasn’t given them. Returned to location, they then decide to tell me, “oh we don’t have any right now.” I asked “do you know where I could get them?” Meaning, either buy some or rent some. The lady then decides to tell me, “oh unfortunately we can’t see that information.” Beyond frustrating. Unhelpful from the moment this started. From the beginning, both employees seem to try and belittle me. Comments such as, “you got it?” “Are you sure you’re good?” Rudely correct me about the proper name of the utility dolly and what it was called. (The blonde headed lady drives an older red Toyota Corolla). ALL of this could have been avoided had someone verified they didn’t have the utility Dollie’s from the moment this started. Instead I wasted 2 hours trying to find this equipment. Two hours of my move gone. $150 spent bc no other location but one 30+ mins away, had utility Dollie’s. What’s a reservation for if it doesn’t RESERVE equipment? A joke and please double check your reservation and make sure the equipment is IN the truck before you leave. The employees aren’t going to tell you any different. App isn’t going to either. It’ll just take it off your reservation. Truck was stained on the inside of the passenger interior and that was gross. I don’t expect perfect. I do expect decent. Truck was fine. Experience wasn’t. Good luck. Learn from my mistakes.

Service was unacceptable. I made my reservation at 800 number and my credit card info was taken over the phone and was told, when asked, that I could have someone else pick up the truck, when they got there to pick up "Tracy" requested that I had to swipe credit card. I had to drive 35 miles to swipe my card. Someone has conflicting information, very frustrating when paying individuals to move me, standing waiting for me to arrive after driving 35 miles to swipe a card. Poor service!!!

Confined spaces for parking! Bad experience. A staff comes out being disrespectful and aggressive tone in his voice to demand me to move my car when the whole parking lot was busy, crowded and tight no choice to park temporary as a UPS track was backing up behind me. I showed him nothing but respect and did as he asked. The next day my mom helped with unloading. This same staff has come up to my unit with an opposite attitude while respectfully tell my mom to move her car. I had confronted him on his rudeness towards me and differences on how he treated my mom with respect as he should. He had apologized. I Understand he had a bad day but, but it's not excuses on his approach/ demeanor. At the end I am happy to never go to Main Road Self Storage ever again!

Was a customer for almost 2 years. Paid on time each month. I wanted to move over one space so that it would be a little easier to back in. Was told that I would have to pay the new much higher price since it would be considered a new rental. Pretty ridiculous. Rates were raised each year but I just felt that they were raised just because they could. Raises were too high.

I've had a unit here, various sizes, for over five years. The manager has been there since I started. I moved a distance away and had to get a closer unit. She has taken care of me, with professionalism and compassion, for the entire time. I would not have moved if it didn't take me so long to get there from my new location. Apparently there was a flood and I had an outside unit. All of my furniture was destroyed due to mold. My unit was also full of mice dropping.
