Dropped off in the evening and the signage for where to leave the truck was a small ground sign on the back of the dealership. Finding the orange box took three trips around building and lots. In fact one building had a small sign on the door that said it was not the Uhaul Drop Off location, so we were not the first. I called the number noted on the rental agreement 4 times to no avail. Called Uhual customer service and she was helpful as much as possible but certainly cannot be expected to now the layout of hundreds of Uhaul locations. This experience will not diminish me from using using Uhaul again because the truck was clean, low miles, cost was fair and the rental process efficient. Thank you.

Uhaul should credit you for extra gas you put in the truck to make sure your above the level when you started. Truck had leaves all over and had like 25 blankets thrown all over the truck. Nice they were there but was a mess.

Great place to rent your uhaul from. Probably one of the best that I’ve had to, and I’ve rented quite I few over the years. Very professional staff and knowledgeable. Never a worry when in rent with them. Thanks for making many moves easier and worry free.

Parking is tight 🧐 Maybe offer rental of a stinger and ball with the proper drop for the vehicle and your trailers. I will definitely rent from you again!!! Tusen takk!!! BTW~~~Staff is fabulous! HELPFUL, KIND, COURTEOUS 😉👌

The employee was on a phone call the entire time we were there. He hooked us up and noticed that one of the lights on the trailer wasn't working but he had us take it anyways.

I rented the truck from Wednesday to Tuesday and dropped the truck off on Friday and was told at the pickup site I would get some money back. The drop off sight told me no I don’t get money back. Very disappointed!

You shouldn't allow reservations if the truck cannot be picked up at the CHOSEN LOCATION. We were forced to drive more than DOUBLE the distance to pick up our rental. I had to cancel an appointment thanks to that complication. There is plenty of stress when moving without your company dropping the ball before the marathon even begins!!

When making the online reservation, it would be helpful to note to the customer that there is no jack for the 6 x 12 trailer. No jack for the hitch. It's heavy enough that it could pose a problem for many people. Let people know that they should bring their own jack.

The truck smelled of wet dog and there was dog hair all over the cab. My husband had to roll down the windows just to breathe. We didn't have time to go back and see if we could exchange it. He immediately stopped at the first gas station and bought a package a wet wipes to wipe down everything. Very disgusting!

I had ordered furniture pads and an utility Dolly. There were no pads but I did eventually receive a Dolly. The truck had some prior damage but was clean and ran well.

The trailer was a bit old and haggard. Previous user did not clean it all that great. There was dirt on the floor such as plant soil, etc.

The gentleman did not help me find and hook up the trailer and told me I could return it at a different location then what the computer said. He said “he would take care of it.” I spent an entire day trying to connect with someone that could help me. It’s not Uhauls fault-it was Brad who didn’t do his job.

I didn’t get any receipt for dropping it off which I didn’t care for but later I received an email conformation of dropping it off. I would prefer to getting proof of dropping it off at the time I dropped it off.

The only issue we had was that a semi came in, we were loading up the trailer and I had my car there plus my best friends' 1 ton diesel pickup truck and the semi blocked the whole entrance and I couldn't fit my compact SUV by him to leave the parking lot, I didn't have the trailer (my friend had it hooked onto his big truck) it was pouring down rain and it just would've been nice to have been able to leave the parking lot rather than having to sit there and wait for him to do whatever business he had with Main Street Motors so that slowed us down considerably and me and my friend were going to 2 different places to run errands before we could start up on loading the trailer. When he finally came out he didn't say a word, didn't even apologize, even after seeing he had me blocked in

I dropped off the trailer on Saturday afternoon. There was no one there to help me. I had to find a good Samaritan to help me get the trailer off the hitch. Strange that it was closed because it is also a used car dealership, and it was prime sales day.

Horrible U haul experience. First and one time user. Do not recommend. My experience consisted of having my overall travel increased by over 150miles, changes to pickup location and “acceptable” delivery location with little to no advance notification, and being informed that if I don’t take the trailer to their specified (revised) drop off location (which changed via email… an hour after I started driving) I would potentially be charged 100s of dollars. I know the individuals that work at these locations/branches are not at fault and they are likely victims of the system no different than myself; the failure is the U Haul logistics system. If the use of their product is unavoidable, plan on setting your expectations low and watch your app, text messages, and emails… while legally driving. I’ve personally told 3 people today of my poor experience today and will share my story with emphasis to anyone that will listen. I will avoid using U haul in the future at all expense and will recommend that others do similarly. I would recommend to use local (non-corporate) rental providers instead…. Spending the extra $$$ would have saved me hours, miles, money, and frustration.
