The employee was on a phone call the entire time we were there. He hooked us up and noticed that one of the lights on the trailer wasn't working but he had us take it anyways.

Too much money per mile
Sarah CI rented the truck from Wednesday to Tuesday and dropped the truck off on Friday and was told at the pickup site I would get some money back. The drop off sight told me no I don’t get money back. Very disappointed!
RODNEY AYou shouldn't allow reservations if the truck cannot be picked up at the CHOSEN LOCATION. We were forced to drive more than DOUBLE the distance to pick up our rental. I had to cancel an appointment thanks to that complication. There is plenty of stress when moving without your company dropping the ball before the marathon even begins!!
