Good location and easy to find equipment. Only recommendation would be to put a new lock on the key pick-up box. It was very hard to open and I needed to pry it back with my fingers. Anyone with band problems or big fingers wouldn’t be able to have opened the lock with the code. Please replace.

THOMAS CDropped the U-Haul off on a Saturday so the business wasn’t open. Couldn’t get the gas cap opened because it was frozen shut and got charged another $60 because we couldn’t put the gas back to where it was sapposed to go. It was only one tiny notch lower than 1/4 (what it was when we picked it up) Never going with U-Haul again.
Tracy FJust the fact we had to clear the snow off the trailer and there was no Jack or anything to put under the front of the trailer to lift it up onto the truck. If we were aware we needed one before picking up would have been fine. Otherwise very friendly service, staff and quick and easy.

Frank WWell the check in was very complicated and it seemed I just couldn’t get the right help. The truck itself was fine but once I got in it and opened the cup holder it had coffee spilled all over it. Luckily I explained this to the guy at drop off and he believed me and understood. Furthermore, while online check in is nice, I think there should always be a human there from reasonable hours even on Saturday’s and sundays if there are bookings.

JONATHAN EThe inside of the Uhaul was filthy. Wasn't cleaned before my pick up. This is so important as a first impression, but also due to covid it would've been nice to see that the company went the extra mile. I had to stop at the gas station to buy wipes to clean it myself. I also ordered 12 blankets with the truck and never received them.

JENNIFER DOur rental agreement was to pickup the truck from Corner Brook location and we checked and she said it will be back around 2. So I bought a boat and I asked the previous owner to drop it there so I can tow it from there. But the truck was dropped to Pasadena location which is 35km away, so have to drive there get the car and come back get the bait from the original location and we called uhaul and the only help we got was extra 60 km free. But what about the time, gas and even the effort. That was not the plan I wasted extra 2 hours because of that and I have to drive back another 4 hours. It was unacceptable at all but unfortunately we didn't have much choices at that time and I have to accept that but it was horrible.

Christopher SMake sure your trucks are stocked with the proper equipment and clean the interior of the cab after every rental. There was a big slime stain or something on the seat of the truck we rented and there were no doilies even though we rented two!! Very stressful moving a 4 bedroom house with no dolly. The dealer didn't even tell us they didn't have any and the shop was closed when we went to pick up are truck. But other then that we got her done.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!
