The U-Haul truck that I rented was absolutely disgusting it was filthy on the inside it had spilled soda all over the dashboard steering wheel center console and floor mud all over the floor and it was dirty in the cargo section was never cleaned out still had wood chips and dirt all inside of the truck the truck ran like crap and it started without keysJonathan W.

The 1st u-haul was used and after several day it began to leak above the mom's attic. The rain began leaking onto clothing and one mattress. We dried the mattress with a hair dryer. I returned the first u-haul and requested a replacement. Was given a larger u-haul to finish moving after 3 phone calls and 1and1/2 hours. I have tried to send photos to a link sent but was unable to get through. I am still waiting for someone to make it right to me.Alan L.
Doing the right thing And be honest, you guys keep our credit card in file to over charge us when we return the truck back like they did to me iven though I did everything that they told me to do I put the same amount of gas that the truck have when I rented and you guys still over charge me extra money after I return the truck, that is totally wrong and abusing poor customers like me that live on a tide income and single women, I'm really disappointed wit you guys. Told me no available U-Haul truck in major city. Had to drive over 100 miles to get the truck for a 200 mile round trip mileage fee. Reserved appliance dolly. Spoke with store to verify that I absolutely need the appliance dolly. Store owner said he gave it away to somebody else who needed it. Broke my back moving. Over charged for milage to drive and get truck. Overall worst experience in my life. Will never use U-Haul. Will never recommend U-Haul. Every guarantee was broken.Mark W.

The truck i received was filthy. It had sunflower seed shells all over the interior of the truck. NONE of the 48- moving pads which I reserved were provided. The reserved appliance dolly was not provided. I WILL NOT USE U-HAUL EVER AGAIN!Brad O.
Location was great but unfortunately the additional equipment I contracted for was unavailable. I ordered a dolly, appliance dolly and a furniture dolly. None were available. The rep at the location loaned me his dolly for the day. Needless to say this caused some major issues trying to move large items with just a small dolly.Patricia W.

The WORST experience of MY LIFE! The tow dolly was outdated and my car couldn't get hooked up. Not to mention this location was over 40 min away in THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION so I had to find another location to get a different tow dolly. Never using U-Haul ever again.Tara T.

The staff was great and very friendly. UHaul itself as a company needs to do better KEEPING reservations. I reserved a 28ft truck and was told the day before that my reservation would not be honored and that i would have to settle for a much SMALLER truck. This required my family and i to leave, throw out, or donate a lot of our furniture and smaller household items to be able to fit into this smaller truck...which will need to be replaced at an additional cost to me.Robert T.

Your truck leaked oil on the driveways of the house I sold AND the house I just bought. This brand new home was immaculate! I hadn't even slept in here yet. I am very upset that I was not informed of the trucks condition before driving away. Very poor standards.Jasen H.

Didn't report my drop off time, charged me for 3 days instead of 4 hours and they did do a refund but apparently not because now my bank is overdrawn by $100. The bill was supposed to be $56.78 not $127.87. very unhappy because I don't get paid again until next Thursday.Michael M.
Their hours for U-Haul are very limited (10am-3pm with 12:30 to 1:00 closed for lunch). That would be fine if the online check-in and check-out worked. I was not able to connect to the server when checking in, leaving, or to do the after-hours return at 5:30pm the same day. It was not my connection, because I could get to internet and watch the video on the return process. I had to call U-Haul customer service to document the check-in because my intuition was saying they would do something to charge more. And they did. Claimed I didn't return the U-Haul until Fri when I actually returned it Wed (same day). If the online check-in and check-out worked, I don't think (hope) there would not be an issue to dispute.Gracia R.

Worst experience ever. Got a call 15 minutes prior to pick up saying they don't have the truck I've had reserved for weeks. Then refuse to give any kind of credit cuz I went with a smaller truck at the same location (which is a joke cuz I lost 6ft of truck and you didn't seem to care) then to top it off we rented a dolly and was told on spot that they don't have one. Moving is already stressful enough and uhaul made it even worse. I will NEVER recommend this company and will be sure to spread the word around our small town!Daniel M.

I did run into an issue on the other end, when returning the vehicle I rented. Evidently the truck serial number I was driving was not the one on my reservation, it caused a bit of confusion and no small amount of frustration for the people on that end, which they unkindly passed on to me.Ronald P.

This location is a busy gas station with a busy mini market. The person at the counter told me to drop the dolly outside near the curb. I returned to the store following directions and asked the representative to sign my receipt indicating the time and date of return. The representative indicated the return would be recorded the next day. I noticed the next day my Card was charged again for the rental, which I disputed as I had paid upon my initial rental.
