Don't make reservations you can't fufill. It causes a real inconvenience on people who have to move in a timely manner. Moving is stressful enough and your company should pride itself on actually helping your customers through it not making it even harder on them.Kristy C.

A piece of furniture was left in the truck I rented I understand it is my responsibility to check the ruck out first and I did take pictures of the truck all the way around but I assumed it was empty the container door was closed when I picked up the truck this caused my moving to take longer and more money spent on fuel because I wasn't able to get all of my belongings in the truck because of the space the piece of furniture til up because I didn't know the furniture was in the back of the truck until I got to my storage and opened the door to load it.MARY BETH B.

The individual never helped me hook up, and eventually did come out and just hand me the paperwork and turned around and walked away. He never went over anything with me. Come to find out that a light was not working. I will never never never go to this Fernley location again.DEAN S.

Nothing, everything was great. I just think if you return it early and with a full tank of gas you should get some kind of mileage discount or some credit for next time you rent again especially with the price of gas and filling up the tank which I didn't need to do but I did even if the discount expired in a year you'd still get a benefit because people would rent from you again and either lose that benefit or would use that benefit and it's a win-win or a win lose situation for either partyRODNEY W.

My issue is with the regional office. I got an email, the night before from the regional office (not a call as I would have expected), that all the sudden they had pushed out my reservation for two weeks! I was livid! Thankfully I was able to make other arrangements with the local office. I will not be trusting any arrangement I make with the corporate or regional office again!Casey Darrell V.

The location did not have the 15' truck size we reserved and we received no prior notice. Had to wait over an hour while contacting regional U-Haul to see if there was a truck in the area and spoke with 5 different people. Eventually no truck, had to settle for a 10'. Loss of time. Also, they did not have moving blankets as reserved.Conrad S.

When i talked to paul on the phone , I told him I had to return truck to Fernely to get my car. But was set up one way so had to pay an extra $ 65.33 because was left at wrong location. I will no longer rent from u-hauleverette S.

Staff at the location were friendly and helpful. Truck cleanliness could have been better or at least explained. Truck cab was dirty in the floor and had pet hair on the seats, dashboard, and in the floor. The back of the truck had small broken pieces of furniture and a soda can in the cargo area. I used a shop vac on the interior of the truck prior to making the moving trip and disposed of trash from the cargo area.Chance C.

Our truck pulled terribly to the right, tires were not inflated properly (rental place wanted to charge us to air up tires), inside of truck was dirty and transmission fluid smelled. Ways to improve; make sure the equipment has been properly maintained. Will not use/recommend U-Haul in the future.Mario F.

I lost the tie-down straps four times (meaning the came un tied-down in. Ina roughly two Dave drive from Fallon, NV., to Tacoma,WA. Not sure why they kept coming off on both sides. Scary!James A.
Everyone was nice enough but the trailer was not at the original location so we had to drive 40 miles away to get one and we only received $17 off the bill. When we got to Fernley, no one helped us find the trailer or gave us guidance on hooking it up.Marilyn L.

When we called we were told we would get a discount due to the trouble and not having all the equipment we reserved, however we did not get any discount.
