My truck broke down in Layton and I had to get it home. Layton Uhaul got me a toy hauler trailer so I could have my truck back to my home. A gentleman hooked the trailer up to the truck. Great service!! Thanks so much!

YESID GThis is the second time we have had issues with U-haul Trailer. The suspension broke 3 years ago on the rental. We rented this trailer for 17 days, could you please send out equipment in better condition. I like the people at the Main street service and sales, they are wonderful. but the trailer was in sad shape that they were provided. Beat up condition.

Randy KThey should have an option to pick equipment up when needed. I needed a dolly for Sunday. I asked if I can pay for it upfront on Saturday but pick it up on Sunday as the dolly is just sitting there by the street anyway. It is inconvenient and unfair to the customer to have to pay for 2 days just because they are not open on Sunday. Poor business practice simply because there's not enough competition.

Danny SThe location and customer service is always great. However, sticking an unwanted dolly and bag of stuff in the space I needed to use, and paid to rent, is just unethical and offensive. Do NOT use up my rented space with your dirty ploy: compelling us to cut the ties and pay for things we did NOT want or need. Corporate greed. The truck was old, clunky and smelly, but it worked. Also - you emailed me at least 3 receipts - one or two even before I picked up the truck!! Now I have to babysit my credit charges to ensure I didn’t get billed multiple times, and check if the charges are correct. Super lame. Ever heard the term “enshitification”?
