I had trouble figuring out the online truck return. The camera portion of the online return kept freezing so I couldn't finish. I very much appreciated that despite not being able to complete that, everything came out ok in the end and the process was much simpler than I thought it would be. Thank you! The manager at the Layton location was helpful and professional. We will definitely work directly with the local provider. Dealing with the call center was a joke and we received the run around more than once. Canceled reservations, rude individual and messed up orders.

The text link to the pick-up procedures was great, however, it was very obvious that the photos of the vehicle were when it was brand new and not photos of its current state - which is misleading. Although the vehicle was generally "clean" - everyone has a different definition of clean. The back had debris such as rocks, furniture pads off the bottom of chairs that had fallen off and broken fake fingernails. Clearly whoever had the van prior, did not follow the drop-off procedures and sweep out the van like they were supposed to. Also, the cab of the van was extremely dusty and had other small debris. Since I was able to live with these issues and didn't have time to go back inside to make sure all this was noted with the business, I chose to live with it.
