They should have an option to pick equipment up when needed. I needed a dolly for Sunday. I asked if I can pay for it upfront on Saturday but pick it up on Sunday as the dolly is just sitting there by the street anyway. It is inconvenient and unfair to the customer to have to pay for 2 days just because they are not open on Sunday. Poor business practice simply because there's not enough competition.
